Dr. Moysey’s research and teaching interests focus on watershed characterization and contaminant transport problems. Major areas of research include the use of geostatistics and inverse methods to integrate geophysical measurements as dynamic data constraints in hydrologic characterization problems, determining the relationship between hydrologic and geophysical parameters at the field scale, and quantitatively understanding the complex and multi-scale nature of geologic environments. Dr. Moysey is also actively collaborating with NGOs to develop sustainable watershed development practices in rural India.
